Whether you are a new guest cancelling international travel and looking for a local drive to alternative or a current guest with questions on sanitation practices or cancellation policies, this page is for you.
- This link provides information on our enhanced sanitation and safety procedures. In our 16 years of operations, no guest has ever been taken ill because they stayed with us. We have no intention of letting COVID-19 change that record.
- If you are a traveler who has had to cancel international travel, we will do our utmost to accommodate you. Please be as flexible as you can with travel dates.
- If you are a traveler who needs to change existing plans with us, we will do our utmost to accommodate your needs using a modified version of our existing policy for hurricane related mandatory evacuations. Guests directly impacted by COVID-19 related health issues, i.e., documented diagnosis, quarantine, or travel ban, will receive full credit toward any future stay.
