Our Magnolia room is second floor soundfront on the East corner of our East building, and provides a lovely panoramic sound view through large French doors and large windows and beautiful morning light through an East facing window. One of our three largest and most luxurious rooms, Magnolia offers a stunning deep salmon dcor with matching accents, Waverly magnolia bedding, 11 ½ foot ceilings, a king size bed and queen sleeper sofa, private porch, private bath with Italian ceramic tile and large two person whirlpool tub, 27" television with DVD and VCR, cable, high speed internet access, and a sitting area.

- Minimum 3 night holiday weekend stay for all seasons.

- Single night reservations are available Sunday through Thursday, subject to some restrictions. Please call for single night reservations. Please do not submit single night reservations via our online reservation system.
- A deposit of 50% of the net room rate is required for multiple night reservations. A deposit of the room rate plus tax is required for single night reservations. Deposits are fully refundable up to 14 days before the start of your reservation, less a $25 cancellation charge. Within 14 days of your reservation, you are responsible for the full cost of the reservation. While we understand that emergencies happen, the reason for cancellation does not change our cancellation or refund policy. It is, however, our policy to provide credit for any room nights for which the Inn rebooks to full capacity, minus a single $25 cancellation fee. Weather related refunds are made only if a mandatory evacuation order is issued. While reservations are room specific, The Inn reserves the right to provide a comparable or upgraded room at the same cost to you, should it be necessary due to unforeseen facility or scheduling issues.
- Well behaved children 8 or older are welcomed.
- Rates are reduced by 10% for stays of 7 days or more.
- Rates are for two persons. A $20 per night meals and amenities charge will be added for extra person(s). 7% sales tax and 5% lodging tax are not included in rates shown. Taxes will be added to the total charges shown in your confirmation and will be detailed on your room statement at request. Check in is 3:00 PM or after. Check out is by 11:00 AM. Guests who have checked out are welcome to the Inn's facilities for the entire day on their date of departure.
